How do I request a quote?

What's your lead time?

Orders will be produced and ship with 6-8 weeks following receipt of order.

Orders may be rushed for for an added fee. Inquire on a case-by-case basis for exact dates.

How durable are your wallpapers?

Many of our patterns are printed on Type II vinyl by default. This will be specified on the memo or product page.

All other patterns are printed on a residential material with the option to be printed on a performance material.

Can I customize a pattern?

For an added fee any pattern may be customized to a specific color scheme, scale or substrate.

How do I install my wallpaper?

We do not advise DIYing an installation of our product. By carefully planning your project and hiring an experienced, professional paperhanger you are ensuring that the design will look it's best and last for years to come.

Each order comes with general instructions to provide your contractor. We highly recommend reviewing all instructions and drawings with them before installation to verify their experience with the material.

How do I clean my wallpaper?

Remove ordinary dirt and smudges by using mild soap and warm water.

Never use solvents, alcohol, pine oil or cleaners that contain these kinds of products as they can remove ink and damage the surface of the wallpaper.

If you foresee the need for heavy cleaning over time, such as in a public space, please inquire about the option of applying a protective top coat to your order.

Pricing on individual quotes will be honored up to 60 days from their creation date.

Cancellations

Once you have agreed to a quote and paid for your order in full it is very unlikely that we will be able to cancel production. Notify us as soon as possible at info@fayebell.com and we will let you know if it's an option.

Return / Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the fact that our wallpaper products are print to order. If your order is received damaged please document the damage to both the packaging and product. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged product so we can determine the most appropriate resolution.
